Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On February 1, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on August 23, 2017, and was sentenced to three months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on August 23, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention House on September 28, 2017.

1. On May 2, 2018, from around 01:57 to 04:12, the Defendant was parked at the AH building in Ansan-si and the AI front parking lot.

[2018 Highest 2305] On April 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on the AW route in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu AV, Incheon on April 24, 2018, prepared in advance for the key hole of the driver’s seat of the AY bargaining car owned by the victim AX parked therein; (b) stored one day between them; and (c) opened a locking device under the above mentioned below, and opened it into the next vehicle, and opened the locking device into the next vehicle, and kept in the victim’s market price of KRW 200,000.
