1. Of the distribution schedule prepared by the above court on January 30, 2019 with respect to the distribution procedure case of this court D, the above court against the defendant.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On November 4, 2015, by entrusting the preparation of a notarial deed by E (hereinafter “E”) and the Defendant, a notarial deed consisting of “debt amount: KRW 400,000,000,000:0,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000:0 won; and
B. On November 17, 2015, the Defendant issued an order of seizure and assignment of the claim for KRW 471,276,712 among the claim for return of defective security deposit against E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) by this Court No. 2015T30, Nov. 17, 2015, and the above order of seizure and assignment was served on G on the 20th of the same month.
On December 7, 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 108,414,00 out of the above seizure and total claims to H, and on the same day, notified G as content certification.
C. On November 1, 2016, Plaintiff A received a collection order for the seizure and collection of KRW 676,316,939 from among the claims for return of the foregoing defect security deposit held by Plaintiff A against G, as this Court No. 2016T 2692.

B received the order of seizure and collection in respect of KRW 200,00,000,000,000,000,000 from this Court No. 2017 other bond 186.
In addition, I, etc. received a seizure and collection order as to the above claim.
G deposited KRW 93,725,683, this Court deposited KRW 2018Hun1728,728, and this Court deposited KRW 93,725,683, on the ground of the competition of seizure. In this Court D distribution procedure regarding the above deposit, this Court prepared a distribution schedule to the Defendant, on January 30, 2019, under the first order of 86,731,00 won, the date of distribution, and 2,851,830 won, under the second order of 2,851,830 won, under the third order of 134,764 won, to the Defendant, the person holding the right to collect, and to the Plaintiffs (the amount of claims, KRW 86,731,00,00), each of which is 968,726 won, to the person holding the right to collect, to K, the person holding the right to collect and to distribute KRW 92,790,968,7266 won, respectively.
E. The Plaintiffs are present on the date of distribution and on the full amount of distribution to the Defendant.
