1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant, the owner of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant real estate”; and the building listed in paragraph (2), the Defendant leased the instant real estate to C (hereinafter referred to as “C”) from February 22, 201 to February 21, 2017, the deposit amount of KRW 80,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 11,000,000, and the lease period of KRW 11,000,000 from February 22, 2017 to February 21, 2018.

B. C, upon entering into the above lease agreement, allowed D and E (F) to retain goods in the warehouse of this case, as the clothes packing agent conducting storage, exchange, packing, and delivery of clothing.

D and E, which entered into a logistics agency contract with the Plaintiff, had two separate leases from February 22, 2017, set up two goods owned by the Plaintiff in the warehouse of this case.

C. The instant warehouse did not supply electricity from August 2013.

C immediately after the lease contract, the Defendant proposed that “this case’s electrical construction will be carried out in the warehouse. It bears half of the cost of electrical construction and introduce the electrical construction company to do so.”

In response, the defendant introduced the electricity company which was known to the general public, and paid 770,000 won equivalent to half of the electrical construction cost.

On February 23, 2017, C which completed electrical construction applied for the use of electricity to the Korean Power.

On February 24, 2017, the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, upon the request of the Korea Electric Power Corporation, conducted a safety inspection on the electrical facilities of the warehouse of this case and approved the use of the "conformity with the result of the inspection under the Electric Utility Act".

On February 27, 2017, Korea Electricity began to supply electricity to the warehouse of this case from 17:00 on the same day after attaching measuring instruments.
