Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s determination that the facts charged in this case are recognized, reversed the judgment of innocence in the first instance, and found the defendant guilty as to this.

The lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal and did not err by misapprehending facts or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the crime of extortion by violating logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
