All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s determination that the facts charged against the Defendants are recognized, reversed the judgment of innocence of the first instance court, and found the Defendants guilty.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the crime of violating the Personal Information Protection Act or omitting necessary judgment without making any error in matters of violation of logical and empirical rules or failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
