A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Ulsan District Court on September 7, 2012, sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on September 15, 2012 due to the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 15, 2012, is currently under the grace period.
