Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has served as a social work personnel at a hospital in Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, however, was absent without permission for ten days in total on August 14, 2018; ② September 3, 2018; ③ September 4, 2018; ④ September 5, 2018; ⑤ July 1, 2019; ② July 2, 2019; ② July 3, 2019; ② July 4, 2019; ② July 4, 2019; ② (i) the Defendant was absent without permission for ten days in total.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
