Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant among food service businesses B in his/her trade name.
No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion as such.
From June 10, 201 to July 13, 2012, the Defendant purchased at KRW 4,082,00 of spiced meat products at KRW 712kg, which was made by the Defendant at a restaurant operated by the Defendant in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at KRW 479-1, Hanam-si, the Hannam-si, the Hannam-si, the Hannam-si, and at KRW 18.83km on February 22, 2012, 135,576.
The Defendant cooked and sold the origin to unspecified number of consumers, who find a business place for the same period, by falsely indicating the origin as “domestic acid,” while cooking and selling the Spanish-brush New 1770,000 won of Spanish-brush New 1,770,000 won, which was made from Spanish-brushed Spanish-crushed Spanish products. The Defendant sold the origin by falsely indicating the origin as “domestic acid,” indicating that the origin was “domestic acid,” and selling an amount of KRW 71,00,000,000,000 to Spanish 71,000 won of Spanish New brush.
