Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Cheongju District Court on September 3, 2009, and a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on May 12, 2010) at the Cheongju District Court on May 12, 2010, respectively.

On February 1, 2013, at around 00:50, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven C Mt motor vehicles from the front day of the new bank located in the Heung-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju to the front road located in the Cheongju-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-dong, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157 percent.
