1. The Defendants jointly and severally agreed with the Plaintiff KRW 84,595,605 and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 1, 2020, and Defendant C with respect to the said amount.

The Plaintiff entered into a contract with Defendant B on August 26, 2017 for the lease of H beam and support height for six months with the construction materials necessary at the site of Kimhae, and leased 529.830 tons of H beam and support height to Defendant B, and thereafter, the Plaintiff returned 45.060 tons of H beam from Defendant B from December 29, 2017 to June 3, 2018, but the remainder 74.7 tons and support height were not returned to the Plaintiff; the Plaintiff did not jointly pay KRW 6 10,000 from August 26, 2017 to September 30, 2018; and the Defendants did not jointly pay KRW 4,918,105; and the amount of H beam and support height was not returned to the Plaintiff as the total amount of KRW 10,516,710,751; and the amount of 15,719,750,716,7581.

According to the above facts, the defendants jointly and severally promised to pay to the plaintiff 84,595,605 won (101,595,605 won 17,00,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment, as they seek by the plaintiff. The delivery day of a copy of the complaint of this case is from January 1, 2020, Defendant C from November 19, 2019, Defendant D from November 28, 2019 to June 11, 2020, which is the date of each judgment from November 28, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
