A. Facts of recognition 1) Defendant Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Construction”).
) The Corporation is the Corporation for the Construction of Maw-un Factory (hereinafter “instant Construction”) located in 13-3, Jin-Eup, Jin-dong, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
