A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around May 2, 2015, the Defendant, on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Assaults) on May 2, 2015, became a dispute over the taxi problem while moving to the D taxi that the victim C gets on board in the river basin located in the 56-ro Bluk in the Korean-ro, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant damaged the property by putting the front of the “F hotel” road as the “F hotel” as indicated in the preceding paragraph at around 03:30, and putting the front part of the taxi owned by the Victim Mine Unemployment Co., Ltd., and then damaging the market price to the repair cost.

3. Interference with performing public duties;

가. 피고인은 제 2 항의 일시, 장소에서 신고를 받고 출동한 서울중랑경찰서 G 파출소 소속 순경 H으로부터 위와 같은 혐의로 현행범인 체포를 당하게 되자 화를 내며 “ 씨발 년 아, 깜 빵 보내. ”라고 소리치며 손으로 H의 머리카락을 붙잡아 흔들고, 주먹으로 H의 얼굴을 때렸다.

B. At around 04:05 on the same day, the Defendant was arrested and detained under the above suspicion at the G police box located in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and became subject to restraint from the J of the senior police box affiliated with the senior police box while being out of the police box.
