A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) thought that the victim C (the aged 37) who has returned to himself/herself from around 03:00 on September 14, 2012, had taken a false call that he/she had returned to himself/herself; and (b) thought that the victim C (the aged 37) was not returned to other male at the latest by night; and (c) thought that he/she did not look back to him/her.
Accordingly, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, found on September 14, 2012, at around 03:00, the victim's residence in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the E apartment 107-dong underground parking lot, which is the victim's residence in Suwon-si, and the victim made a clerical error.
Upon finding that the victim's nascis vehicle enters the parking lot, the defendant set up the vehicle and let the victim get off the vehicle, when 2 to 3 times the victim's scam with the hand floor, and forced the victim to put the victim into the Fcrascis vehicle.
On September 14, 2012, at around 03:30 on September 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven the said Craser vehicle into a factory entrance at the entrance of the Hsan in Suwon-gu G apartment located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu; and (b) parked the vehicle in the Arasor; (c) made the victim saying, “I amn the other male and female; (d) I amn the other male; and (e) I amn the victim’s face, which is a deadly weapon (15cc in total length, 5cc in blade length) being received by the driver’s hand of the said vehicle, the Defendant sent it to the victim for drinking.
In addition, the Defendant, “I am off so far, so far as I kne, I kne, I am off the victim’s panty, knee, and knee the victim’s face to enter panty again.”
At around 03:50 on September 14, 2012, the Defendant continued to drive the said Crller vehicle to the Seoul National Highway Seoul direction by driving the said Crller vehicle on the same reservoir, and the victim opened the front door and tried to escape, thereby attaching the shoulder of the victim.
