1. The defendant's certificate of notary public C office against the plaintiff is based on the authentic copy of a notarial deed with executory power No. 949 of 2012.

1. The basis for the request;

A. A notary public C office drafted an executory notarial deed as No. 949 on December 27, 2012.

B. On July 30, 2018, the Defendant was rendered a ruling on the entry of the defaulters’ list as the head of Suwon District Court Branch Branch 2017 Chicago61085 on the basis of the said notarial deed.

C. At the time of the preparation of the above notarial deed, the Plaintiff did not borrow money from the Defendant, but prepared a notarial deed by using D and E, which had custody of the Plaintiff’s seal imprint and identification card.

Therefore, the Plaintiff seeks to exclude the executory power based on the above notarial deed.
