1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 1, 1986, the Plaintiff was temporarily employed at the Defendant’s Gangnam Branch on February 1, 1987, and was employed on February 1, 1987 and served as B and C, and retired on April 16, 2014.

From 2011 to 201, the Plaintiff entered into an annual salary contract with the Defendant for the year 43,622,00 won, 45,076,000 won for the year 2012, 45,990,750 won for the year 2013, and 48,496,750 won for the year 2014 as annual salary, and entered into an annual salary contract each year for the payment of salary for the 25th day for the year 2014.

C. Under the annual salary contract in 2011 (No. 2-1 of evidence A), the annual salary is set at KRW 31,420,80 on the basis of basic salary, and KRW 12,201,20 on the basis of piece rates. The amount of the above annual salary is set at KRW 31,420,80 on the basis of the annual salary; “The amount of the above annual salary is an amount that is included in the principal salary, allowances for duties, allowances for extension, night allowances, holiday allowances, service development allowances, continuous service allowances, family allowances, executive secretary’s allowances, research allowances, meal allowances, transportation expenses, performance-based bonuses, etc.” and each annual salary contract (No. 2-4 of evidence A) from 2012 to 2014 on the basis of the calculation column of the above annual salary. The Plaintiff signed each of the above annual salary contracts on the basis of the annual salary.

The Plaintiff applied for interim settlement of retirement pay from August 8, 2008 to February 7, 2012, and the retirement pension was paid from December 28, 2012 to April 30, 2014 as listed below.
