A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C (the 19-year old-old age), at a waste separation and collection site near B at Jeju-si, thrown away garbage; (b) discovered that the victim C (the 19-year-old house was entering the 2nd floor through the stairs; (c) left the wing clothes around the stairs; and (d) went away from the stairs; and (d) went back to the bottom of the stairs, the Defendant escaped after leaving the her sexual organ for about three seconds.

2. On November 8, 2018, around 21:30, the Defendant discovered that the victim F (hereinafter “F”) was only passed in the future of the Defendant on the E’s neighboring street located in Jeju Island, and showed about three seconds of the victim’s sexual organ, but the Defendant fleded the path of the victim without any reaction, followed up the victim’s sexual organ before the victim, followed up about three seconds of the victim.
