A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for short-term eight months, long-term one year, and five months on May 30, 2002 with prison labor for special larceny in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 17, 1998 and with prison labor for eight months in the Daejeon District Court on December 9, 199.

B on February 27, 1998, Cheongju District Court sentenced 1 year of imprisonment for short term, 1 year and 2 months of long term, 50,000 won of fine, 10 months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on November 18, 199, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, in the Daejeon District Court on June 13, 2001, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., in the Daejeon District Court on October 16, 2003, 3 years of imprisonment for each violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence by a prison on June 9, 201.

1. Defendant A violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a crime by driving a vehicle carrying Defendant B while moving it to the place of crime, reporting the network, and Defendant B conspired to steals another’s property by infringing on an abandoned house.
