Punishment of the crime

Defendants play a role in promoting that Defendant A is engaged in promising real estate business in Cambodia, and this part of the indictment is referred to as “a person doing - real estate business” but it appears to be a clerical error in the context thereof. As such, the Defendants are corrected accordingly;

B and C have recruited to acquire money as investment money by taking charge of the role of attracting investors in Korea for Cambodia Project.

1. On November 12, 2008, the Defendants: (a) at the Gangnam-gu office in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the 6th floor office of the victims; (b) Defendant A deceptioned the victims D to have a sentence of punishment with FF forces, who is the power of the second in Cambodia; (c) the F head-gun is the power holder preventing G from having a power in general and police gun; and (d) made a full attempt for A’s business. B had already made a joint investment with FF forces before five to six years, made an investment of KRW 6 billion in the summary of Cambodia, thereby securing a registration in the name of Cambodia and securing 100,000 won. The 60% of the land is A shares and 40% is the shares of FF forces; and (c) Defendant B, by deceiving the victims to have an opportunity to make an investment within the territory of the Republic of Korea before the date of the investment, would be more likely to have occurred; and (c) Defendant B would have to have had an interest in the investment of the Republic of Korea before the date of the investment.

However, the facts are as follows: Defendant A has invested KRW 6 billion and secured land at the local level of Cambodia.
