A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on May 4, 2016, committed a crime against the victim C, was followed by the victim C (V, 20 years of age) who passed the place between the building and the building 204 Daejeon Seodong-gu D apartment house 204 on May 4, 2016 and the building 205.

While making a self-defense, the victim committed a patently obscene act by putting the victim into custody.

4. The criminal defendant against the victim L : around 22:15 on October 3, 2016, at around 22:15, the victim L 22 years old (n, 22 years old) who passed his/her place in front of the N cafeteria located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M is behind the victim L 2.

While engaging in a self-defense, the victim made a patently obscene act by referring to the circumstances in which the victim was living together with the victim.

5. The Defendant, who committed a crime against the victimO on October 13, 2016, did not take her sexual organ back after the victim'sO (here, 21 years old) that passed at the 702nd heading of Daejeon Sung-gu P apartment on October 13, 2016.

While making a self-defense, the victim made a patently obscene act by making the victim's boom and brutal situation.
