A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:36, June 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that “D” main points in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, “D”; (b) the victim E (the 19-year-old) who was drinking without any justifiable reason under the influence of alcohol expressed that “Ye-gu E” was “Ye-gu E; and (c) the beer disease, which is a dangerous object in the table, was collected, was fuckbucked against the victim’s buck; and (d) the victim’s head was sucked by hand with the victim’s injury.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the victim.

2. In the street above the above temporary warning point, the injured Defendant: (a) took a bath without any justifiable reason to a person who is suffering from disturbance and a person who is in a nearby drinking house; (b) took time expenses to the victim F (the age of 27), and (c) took the victim F (the age of 27), and (d) saw the victim F (the age of 27). As a result, the defendant tried to examine the victim on the side of the days of treatment.

3.
