A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on June 17, 2014, and a summary order of KRW 700,000 for the same crime at the same court on December 28, 2009.

On November 24, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 06:10 on November 24, 2014, driven a 1 kilometer section of road in the state of 0.112% of blood alcohol concentration by the Defendant as a B typ car.

"2015 Highest 1251"

1. On May 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 01:20, driven a B low-speed car at a section of about 30 meters from the 30 meters away from the front of the Gambagle in the Gamba-dong Kim Jong-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, to the front of the Gamba-dong in the same Dong.

2. Around 01:20 on May 4, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the noise measurement): (a) around 01:20, the Defendant driven the above highest-est vehicle in front of the Paris clock with drinking alcohol; (b) on the other hand, the Defendant, who was under the influence of drinking at the seat of the Kimbu Police Station, was drunk from C in the process of drinking control; and (c) was able to recognize that the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as the flow of snow, thrhhhhing, and rhhing, and a large string distance, and was requested to comply with the drinking measurement by inserting the clibing in four minutes during the influence of alcohol, but failed to comply with the drinking measurement without good cause.
