Defendants are not guilty. The summary of this judgment is publicly announced.

I. The Defendants are sectional owners who purchased the guest rooms of the “E hotel” located in Gangnam-si D.

1. Preparation of qualification documents;

A. On September 7, 2018, the Defendants did not have been appointed by the Defendants as the manager of the above hotel management body on the early September 7, 2018, but without the appointment of the Defendants as the manager of the above hotel management body, the Defendants made arbitrarily the seals indicated as “the head of the E hotel management body” and made it available to the above hotel representative director, “G representative director,” and “H representative director” on the upper part of the A4 site using a computer network program on September 7, 2018, and on the bottom of the “documents number: 180907-01”, “documents number”: F representative director, G representative director, “H representative director,” and “the organization of the E hotel management body” and “the E hotel management body was formed pursuant to Article 23 of the Act on Ownership and Management of Condominium Buildings” on February 7, 2018.

(hereinafter referred to as “(Omission)” and “3. (Ikf)” describe the following: (a) the head of A Management Group and the vice-head of B as the vice-head; (b) write the bottom part as “E hotel management body; and (c) write the document in the name of E hotel management body with the seal affixed by the head of E hotel management body voluntarily created as above; and (d) write the document in the name of E hotel management body.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to prepare private documents regarding certificates of fact by gathering the qualification of “the head of the E hotel management body” for the purpose of exercising the rights.

B. On September 8, 2018, the Defendants entered “documents number: 180907-02”, “receiving”: F representative director, G representative director, “new hotel management body”, and “request for correction” in the suspended part as of September 8, 2018, and entered the details required by sectional owners on the hotel side, stating “EA hotel management body” in the lower part, and then arbitrarily made the seal of the head of EA hotel management body as above.
