Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those who are engaged in driving motor vehicles B in high-speed.

On July 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol on July 21, 2020, and driven the three-lane road in front of Gwangju Northern-gu C from D to E Hospital at a speed of about 40 km per hour according to one lane.

At the time, since it was night and located near the intersection, there was a duty of care to reduce the speed and to check whether there is a vehicle on the front side and prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and got a part of the G taxi in front of the car of the Defendant, following the G taxi in driving F(60 years of age) of the victim F, who was under the influence of alcohol while flying a signal while under the influence of alcohol.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim F and the victim H (the 38th age), who is the passenger of the said taxi, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks. At the same time, even though the said taxi damaged the 407,478 won for repair expenses, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures such as providing relief to the victims.

2. Around 21:10 on July 30, 2020, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.090% in blood alcohol concentration from the first road to the front road of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, with approximately KRW 5.7km from the first road to the front road of the same J.

3. On July 30, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the roads in front of the J of Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) the part owned by the Victim K (Age 49) who was parked on the right side of the road due to negligence of neglecting the Jeonju-gu in the front line of the car operation by the Defendant.
