Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving a B E-car.
On 13:30 on 13:20 on 2015, the Defendant was driving the said car and proceeded with four lanes in front of the “D” Macherb in North-gu C at the port of port along the distance from the north-gu at the port of port to the distance from the surface of the road at the speed of about 10km at the speed of 10km.
