If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motorcycle, driven the above 160 meters section from the Fmaart in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E to the front day of the Fmaart without obtaining the driver’s license for a motorcycle, after going through the place of accident described in paragraph 1 of the judgment.
