A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On May 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on May 24, 2019, and continued to drive the road near Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, into the mountain basin near the old intersection.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a B car under the influence of alcohol with a level of about 3 km from the F of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the C neighborhood on the road, with a level of about 0.109% of alcohol level from around 3 km.
