1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A is a person who was hospitalized and received treatment in the Guro Hospital affiliated to the Korea University (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff B is the spouse of the Plaintiff.

B. On October 14, 2012, Plaintiff A inspected the back-to-half computer short-to-one-half of crypology (CT) of the symptoms that were applied to the Hanlim Hospital and the left-hand bridge was diagnosed and received treatment, around October 18, 2012, and around the left-hand side of the same month, Plaintiff A conducted an examination of the back-to-one-half of crypine computer short-to-one of cryposis (APN: APL-N-NHHHHtis), and as a result, Plaintiff A was suspected of being hospitalized on the left-hand side of the same month, and Plaintiff A was diagnosed on October 24, 2012 as a result of the examination of the first half of crypology (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff APN”). In spite of the above treatment, Plaintiff A was suspected of being hospitalized on the left-hand side of the hospital.
