1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A is a person who was hospitalized and received treatment in the Guro Hospital affiliated to the Korea University (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) operated by the Defendant, and the Plaintiff B is the spouse of the Plaintiff.

B. On October 14, 2012, Plaintiff A, who was receiving treatment for the symptoms that come to the left-hand bridge after being flickis diagnosis, around 18th of the same month, was exposed to the suspicion of acute tyrosis (APN: Aute Pyel-NHHHtis) and the suspicion that Plaintiff A was being hospitalized at the left-hand hospital on October 24, 2012. As a result, Plaintiff A diagnosed Plaintiff A's first-hand hospital around 18th of the same month with the symptoms of the spread of pains to the left-hand flakin and high-loppy CT. As a result, Plaintiff A diagnosed Plaintiff A's first-hand hospital around 15th of the same month. Plaintiff A was suspected of being hospitalized on the left-hand side of the hospital. Plaintiff A was diagnosed on the first-hand side of the hospital around 2012.

3) In order to treat kidne, the medical professionals of the Defendant Hospital spent the Plaintiff A, around October 24, 2012, around 07:00, and around 19:00, at around 22:00, the Defendant Hospital provided the Plaintiff A with a 10mm-hour 10m-hour method, a light air-conditioning agents, around 10:0 on October 25, 2012; ② the Defendant Hospital suspended 10m-hour method from October 26, 201 to 4:0 on the same day to 10m-day method; ② the Defendant Hospital suspended 10m-day method from October 26, 2012 to 10m-day method from October 26, 2012 to 10m-day method; and ③ the 10m-day method from October 26, 2012 to 4m-day method.
