Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of three years and four months and by a fine of thirty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On May 29, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Seoul District Court on April 9, 2004, and two years of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 9, 2004, respectively. On August 31, 2007, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced three years and six months of imprisonment for the same crime, etc. and completed the execution of the above sentence on January 2, 201.

[Specific Crime]

1. On July 25, 2013, at around 11:35, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded an entrance not corrected in Seongbuk-gu Seoul (Seoul) No. D 101, the residence of the victim C; and (b) opened money and valuables worth KRW 2.50,000,00,000, including 1,199,00,000,000,000 won, such as 1,200,000,000,000 won, and around around 23 times from March 2013 to around that time, the Defendant stolen money and valuables equivalent to KRW 1,19,00,00,000, in addition to the list of crimes in attached Form Nos. 1 through 11, 13 through 23, as indicated in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen another's property and infringed upon the victim's residence.

2. On June 7, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle, driven a scooters without a license from the scooters around 02:0 on June 7, 2013 to the street in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul. Around that time, the Defendant driven F 125cm from the scoo to the scooters, while driving a f 125cc coo from the scoo on July 25, 2013 to the scoo in front of Seongbuk-gu Seoul.

3. On June 2013, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act removed the registration number plate attached to FObaba without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do governor.
