Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall sell agricultural and fishery products under a disguised country of origin.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) purchased and built a total of 260 boxes of domestically-made red scarb from C representative D at an industrial chain “B” factory; and (b) requested the Representative F to commission the above red 260 boxes; (c) issued a certificate of origin stating “Korea” as if the above red scarb was a domestic origin, with the Defendant’s fishery products operated by the Defendant from September 2016 to November 2016.

In other words, the above F had many and unspecified persons sell the above-mentioned red scarcity as if it were a domestic product for the same period.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold agricultural and fishery products in disguised country of origin.
