A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2015, around 20:51, the Defendant: (a) intruded the entrance password of the fourth-class cosmetics store underground department stores located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, into the warehouse while working as an existing employee; and (b) invaded into the warehouse; and (c) stolen samples of slive cosmetics in the amount of KRW 9 million at the market price managed by the victim D in that location.

In addition, from around that time to February 22:16, 2015, the Defendant stolen cosmetic samples equivalent to KRW 141,890,080 (standard for stuffs) in the same way as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 12 times.
