A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was working in the D Hospital located in Daegu Dong-gu C.

On August 4, 2014, from around 08:00 to around 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened a credit cooperative using the key of the credit cooperative, which was reproduced and possessed in advance, and stolen cash 2.2 million won, owned by the victim E medical corporation.

From that time until May 18, 2015, the Defendant stolen total of KRW 49,107,000 on 16 occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.
