Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

From May 13, 2008 to July 31, 2008, the Defendant left the DNA passenger car owned by the Defendant without permission within the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Office, Seo-gu, Incheon.
