The Defendants shall deliver the land indicated in the attached list 1 to Plaintiff A, and jointly and severally KRW 47,400,000, and March 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A is the owner of the land listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). Plaintiff B is the owner of the land listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendants are the owners of the land listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendants are the persons who agreed to conduct a partnership business for the operation of sand hold business from each of the above land.

B. Plaintiff A’s lease agreement 1) Plaintiff C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) on March 7, 2014

(1) As to the instant land No. 1, the term of lease from April 15, 2014 to April 16, 2016, and the term of lease from April 16, 2016 to April 10, 200 per month, is set as KRW 10,000 per month (hereinafter “instant provisional contract”).

(2) On June 23, 2014, Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement with the Defendants on the instant land No. 1 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) as follows.

F The term “A” as the president of the lessor, who owns F sand site G with the F sand site and the relevant agreement, refers to CH, D, and E, the lessee corporation, for convenience.

The following shall be confirmed:

1) A rental deposit shall be KRW 40,000,000 (2) monthly rent of KRW 8,000,000, and KRW 15,000,000 after September 30, 2014.

3) The term of the contract is from July 1, 2014 to July 31, 2019. 4) The monthly rent of KRW 10,000,000 shall be adjusted up to July 1, 2014.

5) In cooperation between “A” and “B”, there is no problem in obtaining to the maximum extent possible permission for the cleaning business of sand and the occupancy and use permission for the property construction. 6) In the event of a public auction in the latter asset construction, “B” bears a public auction contract amount and deduct it from the rent of “A” later.

7) The monthly rent shall be applied from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2014; 8) the monthly rent shall be applied from July 1, 2014; and the “A” shall be reversed when the monthly rent is unpaid for three months.

9) As to the land structure No. 1 of the instant case, it is restored to its original state at the expiration of the contract. 3) However, the Defendants are entitled to deposit money 40,000.
