Punishment of the crime

From December 14, 2015 to December 15, 23:49 to December 15, 12:06:30, the Defendant did not use the PC within the Southern-gu B and the 1st floor CPC room in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, despite having no intent and ability to pay the price, and did not pay the price by using the PC equivalent to KRW 8,900 in total.
