A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
On July 9, 2014, the Defendant had been sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment as a crime of fraud in the support of Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence in Gwangju prison on November 5, 2015.
Punishment of the crime
