A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 2009, the Defendant arranged to arrange sexual traffic with D against many unspecified males through Internet hosting with intent to use D's sexual traffic and the chemical agents received from sexual purchasing knife, etc., among the juveniles D (V, 16 years old) and Kim Il-cheon, which were going to a police officer in the middle of March 2009, and recruited to arrange such sexual traffic along with the Defendant's friendship E-sports from April 2009.
On April 1, 2009, the Defendant: (a) made a hosting room called “G” on F, the Internet holding site; and (b) made D talk and talk on the terms and conditions of sexual traffic, such as H, age, price, and place, connected to the above hosting room; (c) made D, around 01:0 on the same day, he had D engage in one-time sexual intercourse with H and 1 time at the Jteel located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and received KRW 90,00 in return; and (d) on April 2009, upon the above public invitation with E, E sent to a place where D talks on the terms and conditions of H and sexual traffic at the F Internet holding site as seen above, and arranged D, around the same day, around 01:00, to arrange D to gather more than 90,000,000 H and 30,000 on April 29, 200 through 30,000.
Accordingly, the defendant, alone or in collusion with E, assisted the act of buying sex of juveniles as a business.
