A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;
A. On April 201, the Defendant, who committed a joint crime with G, proposed that G, a person who was engaged in arranging sexual traffic, be an employee of the Defendant. The Defendant accepted the proposal of the said G, and tried to arrange sexual traffic accordingly.
Accordingly, around April 25, 2014, the Defendant colored a man who wants to engage in commercial sex acts using Internet hosting programs, such as flass, and mobile phone text messages, etc. at the office of the above G located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and concluded a sexual intercourse with the above G by forcing the “I” to receive KRW 400,000 and to establish a sexual intercourse with the non-sexs, in collusion with the above G from April 201 to January 201; from January 201 to April 201, 204 to April 12, 2014; from October 201, 201 to February 12, 2015, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts by allowing sexual intercourses to exchange and purchase the sex with the female at an average of two times a day with the female sexual intercourses.
B. On August 2013, the Defendant, who committed a joint crime with J, proposed that the J, a person who was engaged in arranging sexual traffic, be an employee of the Defendant, was willing to receive the said J’s proposal and arrange sexual traffic.
Accordingly, on August 2013, the Defendant colored a man who wants to engage in sexual traffic using Internet hosting programs, such as flass, and mobile phone text messages, etc. at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeyang-gu in the Goyang-gu, Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul. In collusion with the above J, the Defendant would have “K” receive 250,000 won and have a sexual intercourse with the female sexual traffic, which is a sexual traffic, employed by the said J at the unfold-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. As such, the Defendant conspired with the said J, from August 2013 to December 2013, and from August 2014 to October 2014, the average of the female sexual traffic and the female sexual traffic, one or more times a day between them.
