A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 12, 2015, at around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant through a marc window opened between the said victim’s leaving the restaurant and stolen cash owned by the said victim; and (b) took a marc equivalent to KRW 127,000 and KRW 20,000,000,000, in a safe located in the main room.
2. On December 12, 2015, at around 04:30, the Defendant, using a stolen knife knife, as described in the above 1.1., committed theft with goods worth KRW 6,83,000,00, totaled of KRW 115,000,000, and KRW 150,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, which were displayed on the top of the knife line.

3. On September 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance at the J Insane located in Seo-gu, Busan at around 05:00, which was operated by the victim I and had not been corrected; and (b) intruded into the inner room; and (c) deducted 100,000 won in cash, which is the one owned by the said victim, in the case where the said victim was located in the port area.
In other words, they stolen them.

4. On March 24, 2016, around 04:00, the Defendant stolen another’s property, such as discovering a cell phone with the 800,000 won of the victim M, which was located far away from the floor of the area where the Defendant was located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, by discovering a cell phone with the 'L' club located in the city of Busan, and dancing with her friendship and dancing with her relatives.
