A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant damaged the property in a way that: (a) around 23:40, Ulsan-dong building B, Ulsan-gu, 119 roads; and (b) without any special reason, the victim C (27 years old) of this stop, which caused the damage to KRW 502,346 of the repair cost, by generating the back pandeer of the top pande of the passenger car.

2. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) brought an injury to the Defendant, brupted from the B’s corridor of the 119-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, 119-dong, B, on the ground that the above C’s claim was made against such injury; and (b) prevented the Defendant from bringing an injury to the Defendant.

In the case of C's female-friendly job offers victims E (n, 23 years of age) at one time, the victim left the right side of the victim requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.

3. On December 23, 2015, at around 23:57, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim G (58 years old) belonging to the police station in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, 119-2, and the second floor corridor of the 119-2 building; (b) the Defendant tried to arrest a flagrant offender due to the crime of assault, etc. by the victim G (58 years old) and the slope H (41 years old) of the police station in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Seoul-dong, where he was reported on 112 for the foregoing reason; (c) the victim’s left arms were bucked one time by asking the victim’s left arms; (d) the victim’s bucks over the floor of the 2-3 vehicle; (d) the victim’s Hagang-dong and the 3-4 vehicle walking in order to obstruct the police officer’s performance of his duties; and (d) the victim’s 2-day treatment and the victim’s 3-day to the left.

4. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods, on the front side of the building 119 Dongdong-gu B, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 2015, for the same reasons as the above 3.C., the Defendant arrested the said G and H as a current offender, and thereby impairing the use of goods by public offices so that the repair cost would be equivalent to KRW 94,820,00, by walking the back door of the patrol seat belonging to the F police box.
