Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 23, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years in Seoul High Court for robbery, injury, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on January 25, 2014. On July 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months in prison in Busan District Court and was sentenced to six months in prison due to injury, etc. on July 23, 2015, and was sentenced to five times in total for violent crimes including the completion of the execution of the sentence in Busan Detention House.

1. Around 22:50 on May 23, 2016, the Defendant breadddd the victim E (mast, 55 years old) who had returned home before Pyeongtaek-si C, without any justifiable reason, and assaulted the victim’s head debt fested from the victim’s escape.

On September 3, 2016, at around 00:10 on September 3, 2016, the Defendant attempted to damage the part of the victim K-owned part of the passenger car left left side of the her mother-owned car, which was parked in front of the her mother-owned her mother-owned her car, and the police officer dispatched after receiving a report from the her mother-owned her employee, led to an attempted attempt to restrain the Defendant.
