1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and the Defendants are dismissed.

Basic Facts

A. The ownership relationship of 1,101 square meters in the register prior to Hanam-si I is 1,101 square meters, and 1,930 square meters prior to J in Hanam-si (hereinafter “J land prior to subdivision”).
