Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 5, 2013.

1. On August 27, 2010, the Defendant: (a) signed the corporate seal stamp of the Company B, and signed the name of the Defendant in the name of the Corporation B, the representative column, “C” in the name of the Corporation, “C” in the name of the Corporation, “B” in the name of the Corporation, “B” in the resident registration number column, “C” in the name of the Corporation, “C” in the name of the Corporation, “C” in the name of the original city, the original city, Nowon-gu E at the seat of the place of business, and the telephone number column, and “F” in the name of the applicant column; and (b) signed the name of the Defendant in the name of the agent column; and (c) in the name of the agent; and (d) in the name of the Defendant, the Defendant, without authority, extracted the qualification of the agent of the Company C for the purpose of exercising the right to use the qualification stamp document; (c) on February 2, 2002, the Defendant submitted the qualification report and the registration application form.
