Ultimately, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury, such as dump dump, tension, etc., by driving the motor vehicle for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driving a bluri-ri car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.138% in the section from the road located in the Haak-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the point of the above accident.
