A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of 50,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall spite, or spit, on the streets, parks or at other places where many people gather or frequent, without permission therefor;

Nevertheless, on May 21, 2017, at around 04:30 on May 21, 2017, the Defendant considered a sudden change, even though there are two residents in front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

2. The Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties at the above date, time, place, and phone call to the Dong Medical Service C, and faced a disturbance by talking with the above C, but was asked three times to present an identification card to notify the police officers E and F of the Seoul Dobong Police Station D police box called upon upon receipt of the above C of the report, but refused to present an identification card to notify the violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, and was arrested as a flagrant offender.

On May 21, 2017, around 05:10 on May 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) intending not to enter the said police box in front of the said police box located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) intending to take the floor to the above E and the franchising, saying, “I shall not break down and break down a width,” and (c) franchis the chest of the above E three times by hand, and franchis the chest of the police officer in charge of the same police box, who controlled the Defendant from the next place, to go beyond the floor.

As a result, the defendant has prevented police officers from performing their legitimate duties on handling of 112 reported cases and maintaining order.
