A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On October 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:00, and led Jeju citizens' hall, which is located in 1 dong from Jeju, to the intersection of the private distance from C to the intersection of the southwest-ro.

On April 11, 2019, the Defendant obtained a driver's license from the front road of the Jeju citizens' center located in Lee Dong-do 1 Dong-do to the front road of the same city.
