A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 3.5 million won due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) at Jeju District Court on September 3, 2015, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws (dacting driving) at Jeju District Court on September 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison on July 1, 2016.

1. Violation of traffic laws on roads, and violation of traffic laws on roads;

A. On July 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 31, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.082% alcohol concentration in the blood transfusion without a driver’s license, the Defendant driven a coo vehicle in E in the state of under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1.5m alcohol concentration at approximately 0.082% from the front side of the male rosium located in the same east-dong of this Do, to the front side of the D and the front road.

B. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a coo vehicle in E while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.086% in alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license from around 1km section from around the center in the direction of the Yando to the front road of the same city, the Defendant, around August 15, 2017, while driving a coo vehicle in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.086% in the blood without a vehicle driver’s license.

2. Forging a private document;

A. On July 31, 2017, around July 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was under Jeju-si Jeju-si around 20:56, the Defendant: (b) was under the influence of alcohol, such as the entry of paragraph 1(a) on the roads in D and B; and (c) was demanded from police officers to prepare the part of the “ driver’s statement” in the circumstances report concerning the State driver’s oral statement from the police officers; and (d) was under the color-type color-type color-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type-type

Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising, forged a copy of the statement report on the situation of the driver in the name of G, which is a private document on proof of facts.

B. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around August 15, 2017: (a) was controlled by driving under the same alcohol as that set forth in subparagraph 1(b) on the front of the F in Jeju-si, Jeju-do; and (b) was under the circumstances of the driver who was under the influence of alcohol from police officers.
