1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from May 11, 2006 to the date of full payment.

Indication of claim: The plaintiff loaned the amount of KRW 375 million on February 3, 2006 to the defendant C on May 2, 2006; KRW 25 million on March 10, 2006; the due date of payment; KRW 6 million on April 7, 2006; the due date of payment was July 6, 2006; KRW 35 million on April 26, 2006; KRW 35 million on May 25, 2006; the interest rate of KRW 25 million on August 16, 2006; KRW 300,000 from the due date of payment to November 16, 2006; and the loan was paid at the rate of KRW 50,500,000 on July 3 through 5, 206; and the loan was paid at the rate of KRW 506,500,000,000 on March 26.
