1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 125,00,000 and the interest thereon from May 15, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

On May 15, 2014, the Plaintiff leased KRW 125 million to Defendant B at the maturity of July 15, 2014 and at the rate of 2% per interest month. Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligations against Defendant B.

However, Defendant B did not pay all the principal and interest of the above loan until now.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages at the rate of 24% per annum from May 15, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the above loan amounting to KRW 125 million.
