Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of a vehicle B put to B.
On November 15, 2019, at around 17:41, the Defendant, while proceeding in the direction of the ebridge in front of D, which was parked on the right side of the Defendant’s running direction, was moved to the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle. On November 15, 2019, the Defendant continued to move the front part of the GLsta car which was parked on the left side of the running direction beyond the central line to the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and had the front part of the GLsta car parked on the left side of the driving direction, move the front part of the GLsta car to the opposite part of India, which was parked on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle. In response, the Defendant faced with the front part of HA car that was parked on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle.
The Defendant, by the foregoing accident, destroyed the above NAS No. 2,097,511 won in relation to the above NAS car, and the repair cost equivalent to KRW 4,160,110 in relation to the above NASA car, and the repair cost equivalent to KRW 1,00,00 in relation to the above NASA car, and the repair cost equivalent to KRW 1,209,712 in relation to the NAS car, and the repair cost equivalent to KRW 8,487,333 in relation to the above NAS car, thereby damaging the above NAS car, thereby spreading it on the road, and leaving the site without taking necessary measures and leaving it neglected on the road.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement) by the Defendant from a slopeK and a policeman belonging to the Ulsan Police Station Eboxed in his/her place of residence, following the receipt of a traffic accident report, such as the description of paragraph (1), and the dispatch to the site on November 15, 2019, at around 18:25, the Defendant committed a violation of the Road Traffic Act (refluence of measurement).
